Order Consolidation and Bundle is the major contributor to cost-saving and product quality consistency. Orders can be offered and consolidated across the region. This reduces product development and purchasing costs (the higher the purchase volume, the more the economy of scale). Other countries or subsidiary offices can view orders made by others, and can join in on an existing order to reduce the cost, and at the lower volume. Our e-Procurement and webshop platform has that capability and also provides real-time inventory update, so no inventory obsolescence.
We, with IGC Global Promotion members in many Asian countries, have been selected the regional supplier for FrieslandCampina for many years. Our group collaboration and capability contribute to the Order bundle among ASEAN countries, thus resulting in the larger economy of scale, lower unit cost, and quality consistency across the region. Many bundle projects contribute to great saving and customer unique marketing and promotion in the region.
